1.Main Responsibility(Job Contents)主要職責（具體工作內容）
●主導新供應商的資質審核，參與現(xiàn)場評估，驗證原材料質量、生產工藝等關鍵環(huán)節(jié)是否符合質量標準。
Lead the qualification audit of new suppliers, participate in on-site assessment, verify the quality of
raw materials, production process and other key links are in line with quality standards.
● 定期組織供應商監(jiān)督審核（如年度審核、過程審核），確保供應商嚴格按標準執(zhí)行質量控制流程
Regularly Organize supplier supervision and audit regularly (such as annual audit, process audit) to ensure that
suppliers strictly follow the standard quality control process.
● 根據供應商評審流程，結合QC檢驗及生產線反饋質量數(shù)據評估供應商績效，推動供應商質量改進計劃實施
Evaluate supplier performance according to supplier review process, combined with QC inspection and production line
feedback data, push the supplier quality improvement plan
● 制定來料檢驗標準，明確抽樣方案、檢驗項目及判定規(guī)則。
Set up inspection standards for incoming materials, clarify sampling plans, inspection items and judgment rules
● 在新產品開發(fā)階段，將客戶需求轉化為供應商內部質量管控及來料檢驗的質量標準，避免量產風險。
In new product development, translate customer requirements into quality standards for supplier internal control
and incoming material inspection to avoid mass production risks
● 監(jiān)督、指導IQC團隊執(zhí)行來料檢驗，通過ERP系統(tǒng)記錄檢驗結果，根據QC及產線反饋的供應商質量異常，要求供應商提交
整改措施（如8D報告），并跟蹤驗證改進效果。
Monitoring and guide the IQC team to carry out incoming inspection, record the inspection results through ERP system,
request the supplier to submit rectification measures (such as 8D report) according to the feedback of QC and

●主導供應商質量問題的根本原因分析（使用魚骨圖，5 Why 等質量工具），協(xié)調跨部門一起制定糾正預防措施并跟進實施
Led root cause analysis of supplier quality problems (using fishbone chart, 5 Why and other quality tools).
Coordinate with other departments to develop corrective and preventive measures and ensure the implementation
● 定期培訓IQC團隊，提升QC檢驗水平，建立并定期考核IQC團隊績效指標，確保按時按質完成檢驗任務。
Regularly train the IQC team, improve the QC inspection level, establish and regularly evaluate the performance
indicators of the IQC team, and ensure that the inspection tasks are completed on time and in good quality.
● 協(xié)助部門經理對部門負責部門工作計劃制定、任務分配、工作過程監(jiān)控、疑難問題的指導解決；
Assist department manager dealing with departmental working plan, job assignments, working process monitoring and
guidance to any problem solving.
● 協(xié)調內部及相關部門的工作關系;
Coordinating cross function working relationship.

2.任職資格 Qualifications
● 學歷要求：大專以上。Educational requirements: College degree or above
● 工作經驗：有五年以上的供應商質量管理經驗。有二年以上的質量主管經驗。
Work experience: More than 5 years’ work experience in supplier quality management and above 2 years’ quality
supervisor experience
Qualification: with quality control experience
● 綜合素質：熟悉材料及產品品質標準，熟悉檢驗流程，溝通及協(xié)調能力強，有責任心，具備良好敬業(yè)精神及職業(yè)道德。
Comprehensive quality: Familiar with material and product quality standard, strong communication ability, has the
sense of responsibility, and has the good professional spirit and the occupational ethics.
3.勝任能力及要求 Competency & Requirement
● 熟練使用Office軟件（Excel/PPT/Word）及質量管理工具（如8D、FMEA、控制
