崗位職責：
1.負責編制、更新完善公司市場經(jīng)營定額。
Be responsible for compiling, updating and complete the business quota.
2.編制標準生產(chǎn)效率難度系數(shù)。
Be responsible for compiling the production efficiency difficulty coefficient.
3.收集正在執(zhí)行和已經(jīng)完工項目的執(zhí)行數(shù)據(jù)。
Be responsible for collecting the execution data of ongoing projects and completed project.
4.收集市場成交價水平，核算對應成本。
Be responsible for collecting the market price level and calculate its cost.
5.根據(jù)相關(guān)行業(yè)通用定額編制基礎(chǔ)定額。
Be responsible for compiling of basic quota according to relevant general quota of the industry.
6.分析現(xiàn)有定額的合理性。
Be responsible for analyzing the rationalities for current quota.
7.保持與一切適用政策、程序和標準的合規(guī)性。
Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and standards.
8.遵循并擁護公司的健康、安全與環(huán)境保護政策。
Adhere to and support the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policies.
9.遵守出勤要求。完成其他被安排的任務(wù)。
Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality. Other duties as assigned.
崗位要求：
1.大學本科
Bachelor degree
2.經(jīng)濟、工程項目管理、石油化工、海洋工程及相關(guān)工科類專業(yè)。
Economics, Engineering project management, Petrochemical Technology, Offshore engineering or related engineering majors.
3.Project management, offshore / onshore engineering fabrication knowledge.
項目管理、海洋工程或陸上工程建造相關(guān)知識。
4.Good organization, communication and management skills.
具有良好的組織、溝通和管理能力。
Good oral expression ability and writing level.
具有一定的口頭表達能力與文字水平。
Good analysis judgment and executive ability.
