- 組織現場工藝員搞好工藝管理，監(jiān)督執(zhí)行工藝紀律Organize the technologist to manage the process, supervise the execution of the process discipline

3. 能力資質要求Competence &Qualifications Requirements:
1）教育背景Education:
本科文憑及以上學歷，金屬材料/機械類專業(yè)。Bachelor's degree at least, major in metal material science/mechanical related
2）經驗 Experience:
最好是在生產、工藝管理的工作經驗，在鋼鐵工業(yè)里有相似工作經歷或實習經歷。Prefer work experience in production, technology management， Proven work or internship experience in a similar position in the steel industry.
3）知識及培訓要求Knowledge & Training:
熟練使用 OFFICE軟件，數據分析熟練應用尤佳。Be familiar with MS Office, familiar with data analysis
4） 語言要求Language requirement：
可以和歐洲專家直接交流。Could use English communication with European experts.
語對話和寫作 basic spoken and written English
