工作職責(zé)Responsibilities
1.項(xiàng)目組施工計(jì)劃接收及分析，審核施工單位的施工計(jì)劃及人力計(jì)劃，評(píng)估是否可達(dá)成項(xiàng)目組施工計(jì)劃，要求施工單位人力及物力滿(mǎn)足項(xiàng)目施工需求，確保項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)按時(shí)完成。

2.把控施工單位的進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、環(huán)保、安全、文明施工等，對(duì)執(zhí)行不到位的要求及時(shí)整改，可根據(jù)管理規(guī)定進(jìn)行處罰，并對(duì)記錄進(jìn)行書(shū)面保存。

3.做好施工工序交接及技術(shù)交底，確保施工工藝無(wú)誤。

4.參照施工計(jì)劃核對(duì)庫(kù)存情況，對(duì)每周/月的施工材料使用做好把控，做好物資需求計(jì)劃，物資不足需提前申請(qǐng)，保證生產(chǎn)。

5.監(jiān)督施工單位對(duì)材料使用和存儲(chǔ)的管理，杜絕浪費(fèi)降低成本，做到場(chǎng)地規(guī)劃合理、碼放整齊、消防設(shè)施齊全，保證物資安全。

7.根據(jù)車(chē)間使用計(jì)劃，對(duì)施工進(jìn)度加強(qiáng)管理，及時(shí)檢驗(yàn)并協(xié)調(diào)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。

8.檢查分包隊(duì)伍STA、JSA、PTW、PPE的佩戴、火種及非防爆通訊工具的儲(chǔ)存，做好日常施工巡查，對(duì)不合格區(qū)域及時(shí)整改。每周組織施工單位負(fù)責(zé)人進(jìn)行施工檢查，針對(duì)問(wèn)題形成記錄，要求施工單位及時(shí)整改并反饋。

任職資格Qualifications
1.大專(zhuān)及以上
College and above
2.涂裝及相關(guān)類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)；
具有涂裝施工管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有防火漆施工管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉油漆施工知識(shí)。具有NACE1級(jí)或者2級(jí)，或防火漆檢驗(yàn)證書(shū)者優(yōu)先。
