Job Description:
1． Industrial, technology trends research and analysis
2． Customer visit to collect customer needs, customer pain points
3． Internal high speed product concept generation, funnel, design, verification, timely to market,SI strategy and roadmap
4． New product promotion for design in at customer ends
5． Align with PM and US team for NBO related spec verification
6． RD team coaching and development
7. IP application, new product marketing materials preparation, website update
Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree, Master's degree preferred, major in electronics, telecommunication or mechanical.
2. 8+ year experience in highspeed cable product development, with 3 years of experience in leading RD team
3. At least 5 years field experience with hands-on SI design, ****ing, verification experience.
4. Good knowledge on cable assembly SI, mechanical, reliability, environmental
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, good plan, execution and team work spirit
6. Oral English communication
7. Result driven and orientation, be able to work independently under pressure
