Position Summary職位描述：
1.This position is responsible for: Material planning to 100% meet production and customer demand, work-in-process control. Direct and indirect material plan meet production plan.該職位主要負(fù)責(zé)制定生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，在符合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際情況下100%滿足顧客需求。對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的物料進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。制定直接及間接物料計(jì)劃。
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities工作職責(zé)：
1.Clearly understand customer demand, especially the rolling forecasts by working closely with Sales Dept.與銷售部門(mén)共同工作，準(zhǔn)確了解顧客需求，制定滾動(dòng)需求計(jì)劃；
2.Precisely upload the production plan into the ERP/MES system.準(zhǔn)確更新生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃到ERP或MES系統(tǒng)中；
3.Manage and coordinate customer demand variations with Production, Sales Dept and Purchasing.當(dāng)顧客需求變化時(shí)，協(xié)同生產(chǎn)，銷售與采購(gòu)共同更新相關(guān)計(jì)劃；
4.Working with purchasing Dept, Make sure all direct and indirect material plan 100% meet production request;與采購(gòu)部共同制定直接及間接物料計(jì)劃，100%滿足生產(chǎn)需求；
5.Make sure 100% on-time delivery is happening all the time; 確保交付100%準(zhǔn)時(shí)達(dá)成；
6.Pre-alert before catastrophic.對(duì)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃無(wú)法執(zhí)行提前預(yù)警；
7.Work with Warehouse and production to establish and maintain the continued improvement systems.與庫(kù)房和生產(chǎn)共同制定持續(xù)改進(jìn)計(jì)劃；
8.Make sure all planning parameters are well maintained;維護(hù)計(jì)劃數(shù)據(jù)并保持最新；
9.Work-in-process material control;對(duì)在制品物料信息進(jìn)行監(jiān)控；
10.Cooperate with Quality with rejects and suspects, make sure the data accuracy and well keep in place with production.與質(zhì)量協(xié)同，確保不良品及可疑品數(shù)量準(zhǔn)確，存放妥當(dāng)；
Requirements / Qualifications職位要求：
1.Bachelor Degree;學(xué)士學(xué)位
2.3+years production planning and workshop management experience in automotive industry;三年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，汽車業(yè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃及車間管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.Experience in ERP/SAP/MRP is preferred;有ERP/SAP/MRP 相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
4.Experience with general office computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.);熟練操作電腦相關(guān)軟件
5.Written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English;英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及讀寫(xiě)能力
6.Team work, cross function coordination, diligence and strong sense of responsibility;較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，跨部門(mén)溝通能力
7. Leadership potential is a plus潛在的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力
