Tempel’s Operation Program (TOP) is a 2-year engineering leadership development training program for high potential candidates interested in assuming increased levels of responsibility. Bright, driven individuals learn a multitude of aspects of the electrical steel lamination manufacturing industry. We will build on your academic technical skills by exposing you to a variety of functional areas to gain a wholistic view of the business and our culture.
